IL SEGNO IN ROME apartment is exclusively for non-smokers, in case the

guest chooses a room with a balcony , smoking is allowed outside.

Smoking is not permitted on the landing in front of the apartment, nor in the bathrooms.

Animals of any kind or size are not allowed.

Ceck-in is at agreed upon times and no ceck-ins are possible after 11:30 p.m. because

there is no 24/24 ceck-in service

A quiet time from 00:00 am to 7:00 am must be observed to ensure the

tranquility of other guests in the facility.

It is prohibited to introduce and/or consume drugs inside the apartment , as well as to

introducing weapons.

It is not allowed to hold parties/events , nor to host people who are not registered by the

facility.

The minimum age to book the facility is 18 years old.Cleaning and sanitation

Sheets, towels and laundry are washed according to local authority guidelines.

Accommodations are sanitized between stays and are sealed after cleaning.

The facility is cleaned by professional cleaners using chemicals effective against Coronavirus.

Guests can choose to cancel the accommodation cleaning service during their stay

Food and beverage security

Breakfast is available in covered , portable and disposable containers

Outside food can be delivered to the accommodation

Sustainability initiatives

Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship: The Sign in Rome has adopted simple solutions, such as avoiding plastic

single-use, so disposable plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bubble bath have been abolished ( where possible),

plastic straws , plastic cups, water bottles and other plastic beverages , plastic cutlery, bowls and plates

, plastic sticks for mixing drinks

Guests are provided with recycling containers and waste is recycled

For the reduction of electricity use and greenhouse gas emission, in our facility at least 80% of the lights

are energy-saving LED bulbs.

CECK-IN at Agreed Time

The customer , at the time of booking , must provide a cell phone and

Block Ceck-in Hours : it is not possible to ceck-in after 11:30 pmCECK-OUT within 10:30 am.

If the customer wants to change this time, he/she must notify us beforehand because this information is subject

to the availability of the room.
